HR SUPERVISOR

The incumbent will be responsible in managing and running the HR, assists the Project General Manager in running business especially related to staffing, personnel administration and any relevant issues as well as to provide management with required special reports on time and accurately.

Key Skills/ Qualities :

  • Degree in Psychology or Law with minimum 2 years experience as HR Supervisor with any multinational companies in services hospitality industry or consultants
  • Strategic planner and must do multi tasks
  • High Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong personality with a good interpersonal skill and able to lead a team
  • Hands on approach with detailed approach and good interpersonal skills

Net Programmer

In this position you will be responsible and dedicated in a project to develop a web application. You will also have to be able to communicate with internal and external parties and with other

programmers in the entire project.

Key Skills/ Qualities :

  • Male/ Female
  • Having experience minimum 2 years experience in programming .Net Application (VB.Net and ASP.Net)
  • Having knowledge and experience with MS-SQL Server databases (MS-SQL 2K or higher)
  • Having knowledge with others programming tools; such: Ajax, JavaScript, J-Query
  • Understand the principle of Distributed Applications, Service Oriented Applications

General requirements :

  • Hardworking and ability to work under tight schedule to meet deadlines and self-motivated yet a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill. Fluently spoken and written in English.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

DATA MANAGER

Responsible for administering all operational movement needs in Industrial PHMC and other related matters regarding the data input and statistical and database system, analyzing the data and prepare regular report in all format (graphic, table, data tabulation and analysis) and resolve a trouble shooting when problems occurs

Requirements:

  • Master PHP program for intranet
  • Master SPSS and Excel for data analysis and presentation
  • Master MS-Access for database
  • Data input and document the result from surveillance and laboratories
  • To ensure and manage and improve database system
  • Ensure all administrative works, create and maintain program database
  • To ensure all the data clean and ready for analysis
  • Maintain the record and update record of data from surveillance and laboratories
